This is a throwable build using physical as it’s main source of damage and vitality as it’s secondary source. Using the recommended armor pieces, the build has a lot of extra skills that allows having many skills and not all of them need to be allocated max points in order to have the maximum effectiveness.
While leveling, max out Call of the Wild, Sylvan Nymph, Heart of Oak and Marksmanship, Art of the Hunt, Study Prey. The skills shown below account for increased skill points from the selected armor. If you need extra skill points, remove points from Plague, Refresh, Herbal Remedy and Gouge.
Use the best items you can find in your playthrough that compliment the skills being used. You most likely won’t find all the items listed in this guide, and that’s ok, it will perform regardless. The items are just a nice bonus.
This can be your starting class, as you’ll want some skills from both masteries as early as possible. If you start with Nature, get Call of the Wild and get the master bar to the second tier. Put points in all these skills until you unlock Hunting. Focus on Hunting a bit and then come back to unlock your next pet. Pets will be a big compliment to your arsenal with this build and should not be overlooked. Nature really focuses on survival and pets, while Hunting focuses on outgoing damage and offensive ability.
This can be your secondary class. While both classes are important to the build, Hunting is for your damage output, while Nature is for your survivability and pets. Focus on the mastery bar at first, as unlocking Marksmanship is more important to the build. Once you reach the second tier, put a few more points into each skill. Afterwards, you’ll want to unlock Study Prey in order to deal more damage to enemies and bosses. This skill is very helpful to the build and should not be overlooked.
Attribute points cannot be reset in Titan Quest. Keep your attribute points until you have equipment you cannot equip and allocate them as needed. Always retain your points until you need to spend them and ensure you have the stats to equip your endgame gear.

Given the difficulty at acquiring specific armor in the game without any third-party software, take the following items as recommendations. At the end of the day, use what you find that helps improve your total damage and survivability. This build uses Physical as it’s main damage source. Keep your resistances as high as possible.
Tracker’s Hood is going to be the best option for head armor. With it’s reduced skill recharge rate, increase pierce damage, and some skill increases, this will be the best piece of armor for this build
Part of the set for Tracker’s Hood, this armor piece offers a valuable skill increase, and reduce the dexterity cost of equipping weapons.
Arguably the best pair of gloves that can be found in the game, solely for its increase to all skills. This armor piece will have other stats on it, but these are the guaranteed stats available.
A few options are available for your greaves, these are not the sole option available. These were selected for this build for its decent resistances, dexterity and movement speed increases, and more importantly, the Hunting skill mastery increase.
A great necklace offering a very wide range of resistance increases, while still offering a considerable increase to all physical damage. Highly recommended
If you’re looking to do a little extra damage, consider using this amulet. It does offer anywhere near the amount of resistances as Myrmidon’s, but offensively, it will output more damage overall for this build.
A decent choice for capping your resistances and increasing your overall survivability.
This ring offers great resistances, being resistant to all life leech and energy leech is a very strong tool to have at your disposal.
This is the best relic to have, and this applies to many other builds. This is mainly because of it’s easy reduced recharge rate to your skills. If you’re noticing a lack of resistances or survivability, consider using Apples of Idun instead.
*Not all stats are shown*
This is a very strong weapon, not only is it extremely fast, but it offers increases physical damage, on top of increased attack speed and casting speed. Your secondary damage source mainly comes from this weapon, applying Vitality damage with every attack.
The best shield for this build. It helps with damage, resistances, and increases all skills. If you’re having trouble finding this shield, try and find one that helps your resistances. The damage and skill points are nice extras.
