The Assassin build is geared towards taking down Elites/Special very quickly using the revolver. The Dueling Sword is best used to stay alive should enemies get too close, efficiently dodging and precisely striking all close enemies. This build is different than other Psyker build, using a Revolver instead of a staff for it’s range weapon. While this build would still be fine with a VoidStrike staff, I found better results using a revolver to fill the role of a precise assassin. The skills this build use all focus on doing as much damage as possible as fast as possible. Use your skills freely to fill your roll as an elite assassin.
The Dueling Sword is a great precision weapon, capable of fast, accurate strikes. This is a great weapon that is able to perform against both hordes and elites alike.
Precognition and Riposte perks both activate off of dodging. For the first perk, getting Finesse will increase your attack speed, for a weapon that is already very fast, this makes is very viable to deal with hordes. Riposte is ideal for dealing with Elites/Specials, the increased critical strike chance is a huge help for these tougher enemies. It has a pretty long duration as well with 6s total duration.
For modifiers, Maniacs or Flak is ideal to cover a wide range of enemy types. More melee critical hit chance is great to have and benefits the weapon greatly.
Instead of the regular staff, this build uses the Revolver, a high single target damage weapon. It’s one downside is it’s reload speed, unfortunately reloading each bullet one at a time does take a while.
Crucian Roulette works lovely with this weapon, the lower the magazine gets, the more critical chance you’ll get. Since every shot counts with this weapon, any perk that will increase it’s damage potential is ideal. Sustained Fire adds a significant damage increase to the third and fourth shot of your weapon.
Modifiers includes damage increases against Maniacs (or Flak if you prefer) and an added critical hit damage to pair with your critical hit chance.

Curios are really flexible, with only a couple perks that really benefit builds. In this case, Health can be substituted for Toughness if required, but health is still recommended. You will want at least 1 Curio to have 1 Wounds on it, wounds increase the amount of health bars you have. This is beneficial, especially on higher difficulties, as it allows some leeway if mistakes happen, or you get overwhelmed.
Stamina Regen is really important and should be the only modifier you go for one each Curio you use. Block Efficiency is great to have to further extend the capabilities of your melee weapon.
