A dual wield lightning focused Warder. I’ve tried to take a different route with Primal Strike as our main attack skill instead of Savagery. While both are good to do damage, Primal Strike hits harder rather then a buildup ability like Savagery. This build uses less skills and is great for a low maintenance playthrough, it does more with the skills chosen and is fully capable of surviving through any encounter.
First important note of this build, it uses the Badge of Mastery. The badge is unique in a way that it adds 5 skill points to random skills. Whatever skill it increases, adjust the point allocation below. In this build, I used an example Badge of Mastery that gives +5 to Primal Strike. If you get different skills allocated on your medal, re-assign the points accordingly. As for playstyle, this build hits hard with every strike of Primal Strike, Storm Totem is a nice place and forget type of skill. Break Morale is useful to reduce enemy health and defensive abilities, every other skill helps the overall effectiveness of our abilities already chosen. This build is minimalistic in its choices of skills, as there are no many to manage at all. This build does use rare items, (both rings), these can be replaced with equally powerful legendary rings. Change your augments accordingly to accommodate the changes.
This will be your starting class, while both classes are equally important to this build, we’ll get all of our lightning damage focus from this class. Important to note, there are 5 additional points in Primal Strike from our medal. If the Badge of Mastery provides different skills with increase points, re-allocate those points accordingly to match the above. Primary focus on Primal Strike, as we’ll use it as our primary attack, important note that this skill is not a default attack, and will not activate passive skills that require default attacks. Secondary focus is the mastery bar, unlocking later skills earlier. Do not that any skills in the Brute Force tree as the remainder of those skills are only useful for default attack skills.
This will be your secondary class, this class offers an array of passive abilities that help the overall effectiveness of this build. Field Command is a basic damage increase, Break Morale is a strong skill to reduce enemy health and defensive ability. The rest of the passive skills offer a wide range of increase damage, resistances and survivability.

Focusing on Physique, only assign points to Spirit as needed. While these values are wanted for end game, you can always reset Attribute points with the aid of a potion later on, so feel free to assign points over the stated limit as needed.
