A Sorcerer who’s decided to use the enemies own power against them, Aether. This caster build has major focus in Aether damage, while also using some Fire & Elemental damage types. You may find this build a little harder to get going as it is weaker in the early game compared to other builds here, but it’s late game is just as strong, and in a group game with a teammate taking the enemies attention, we can really shine, especially with our Aether Ray.
The Arcanist class is the sole focus of this build, unlocking its late skills as early as possible should be the priority. Most of this builds major damaging skills come from the Arcanist class, while we still use a few skills from the Demolitionist class, they are more taken for passive damage increases, and survivability. There are a lot of passive skills, and toggle skills (one and done) in this build, our arsenal of skills in the early game is going to be pretty small, while we rely on our default weapon damage. If you find the early game to be too difficult, take a few skills from the Arcanist, and undo them in the later game. Panetti’s Replicating Missile is a decent choice, but ensure you have some spirit potions or a high spirit regeneration for this. Once the later skills have been unlocked and can be used effectively, it gets significantly easier to clear through the rest of game. Especially more so with friends.
This will be your starting class, focus on the mastery bar as our strongest skills come from the end of this class. Some of the earlier skills we do take help our overall damage with the build, but the real damaging skills come from the 3 end skills. Albretch’s Aether Ray, Devastation and Reckless Power. Put a few points into the earlier skills, but the real focus should be getting the later skills as early as possible.
This will be your secondary class, taken for its increase in elemental damage, and a utility skills Flashbang. While Flame Touch and Vindictive Flame are both taken to increase our damage, Flashbang is there to help our survivability and make use of the skills chosen in the Arcanist tree. While our focus should be in the Arcanist tree 100%, put a few points into Demolitionist if only to get Flashbang. The ability to stun targets and decrease their defensive ability will help with our overall survivability.
