A 2 hand rage Chaos wielding Pyromancer. While most of your skills will be Fire damage related, thanks to our medal, all our Fire damage from Fire Strike and Blackwater Cocktail will be turned into Chaos. Not your typical expectations from a class named Pyromancer I’m sure! This build could very easily be used as a support damage class in a group game while someone keeps enemies and bosses attention away from you. While still very strong for solo play, there may be more running around and avoiding damage against any enemies that have a high Chaos type resistance.
Your main focus as far as skills go will be Fire Strike and Blackwater Cocktail from the Demolitionist class. These will be our main damage focuses, and once we have the Blood Sigil of Ch’Thon, they turn to 100% Chaos damage. Most of the builds here are not reliant on any one piece of gear, however to get this build to shine, you really need that medal. Curse of Frailty will help weaken enemies to all our attacks, and Solael’s Witchfire will add on to our Chaos damage total. There is a big lack of Elemental resistance with this build, so Coven Warding Powder is really needed to bring them up to their max resistance stat. This build is extremely fun to play, and the damage is really good, once you get the hang of it, but if this is your first class, you may find yourself weak to enemies if you do not know how to play around the deficit of this build.
This will be your starting class, focusing on Fire Strike and Blackwater Cocktail as your main damage sources in this build. Demolitionist will be were most of our damage comes from, and while most of the damage is Fire based, our gear choice will convert all of it to Chaos damage which is what we focus on in this build. Don’t worry about maxing out the skills as you unlock them, always put points in the mastery bar and passively unlock your skills as you go.
This will be your secondary class, mainly taken for its supporting role to our damage based skills. Curse of Frailty will help weaken enemies around us, and blood of dreeg helps with our healing and survivability. A bulk of our Chaos focused damage comes from Solael’s Witchfire and the later tier skills. While both the Demolitionist and the Occultist are important to this build, the Demolitionist has more skills we need so put extra points here while unlocking the Demolitionist class.
