This is a great general use build that utilizes the Daybreak super to spread massive amounts of scorch to enemies. Dawn Chorus adds the effect that every daybreak attack applies scorch to enemies. As an added bonus, all your scorch effect will now deal double their normal damage. You also regain melee energy each time a scorch effect damages enemies. This allows a near constant uptime of your melee charge to keep enemies scorched, and to keep yourself and allies radiant.
Aspects
Touch of Flame is a big increase in our survivability. Healing grenades now have improved healing and restoration effects. If you don’t want to use Healing grenade, use Solar grenade in order to keep enemies scorched and deal decent damage. I prefer Heat Rises, as our second aspect as it allows you to shoot your weapons while gliding. Consuming the grenade will allow you to float for much longer, and you gain increase directional control. This is really helpful for any jump puzzles in raids that you may encounter. While you are using Heat Rises, you can activate your phoenix dive to gain restoration while diving, and scorch enemies upon landing.
Fragment
Ember of Searing will create Firesprites when killing any scorched enemy. It does have a short cooldown between activations. Firesprites provide grenade energy when collected. Ember of Ashes allow you to apply more scorch stacks when you scorch enemies. When enemies get scorched enough, they ignite and explode. Ember of Torches make you radiant when you hit enemies with your powered melee attack. Radiant increases your damage and the damage of anyone near you. Ember of Char will spread even more scorch to enemies with every ignition you cause. This keeps the scorching effect on enemies going without needing to manually re-apply it every time.

Great survivability for yourself and allies. Applies cure and restoration.
Polaris Lance is a great weapon to use with this build. It is able to apply scorching effect to enemies, and excels at range that can be really helpful in hard PvE content like Nightfalls or Story missions. Honorable mention to Gjallarhorn for both your own damage, and to increase allies rocket launcher damage.
The Calus Mini-Tool SMG can roll with Incandescant which is very strong with any scorching build. Highly recommended in this build.
This is a great rapid-fire fusion rifle that can output great damage. With the Vorpal weapon perk, it is great for bosses.
Cataclysmic is amazing for boss damage. It is particularly powerful for any distant DPS requirement.
Incandescant or Demolitionist
Any weapon with Incandescant is ideal for this build. Because Incandescant will Scorch targets for each final blow. The more scorch stacks on enemies the better since it helps with solar ignitions as well. You could also get away with Demolitionist, it won’t synergize quite as well with this build, but it will help you keep your grenade energy charged.
