Necromancer + Occultist


One of the best pet builds, summon them all and watch for carnage unfold while you sit back.
When looking for equipment, health, armor, resistances are all important, ignore offensive stats, and focuse on everything with pet stat increase.
For jewelry, pet bonuses are the only thing that's important, anything else on them is bonus.
For the weapon, again, pet bonuses, your pets are your weapon, don't look to do damage yourself, let your pets work for you.
Skills can be allocated anywhere in any amount, the skills chosen in the build and amount are intended for max level,basically, work with what works for you while leveling.

Chest Mythical Necrolord's Shroud   With this build, we'll use the Sheperd of Lost Souls set for the great Pet bonuses and increase in the pets you can have.

Gloves Mythical Overlord's Iron Grip    For the gloves, we want some pet bonuses and more survivability for us. High armor and health will allow us to survive a few hits.

Belt Mythical Shadowfiend's Cord   The best belt option is an epic belt. It gives us and increase to all skills in both Necromancer and Occultist and increases all our pets damage.

Weapon Beacon of Lost Souls   Part of our set, another big increase to our pet damages and our pets skill level.

Offhand Mythical Reaper of the Accursed   To round up our build, some more pet damage and a big increase in our energy regeneration and an increase to our skills.

The damage type you need to watch for in Ultimate difficulty is Stun. Not many normal enemies do Stun attacks, that will mostly be bosses you'll need to be careful with. The other resistances are maxed, (80%), or above.

Skills & Attributes

Skill representation is displayed at level 100 (max). Seeing as they can be re-allocated it doesn't matter in what order you chose your skills.
The attributes points can be assigned at your discretion. It is recommended not to go over the max allocated attribute type, but if you do, there is a potion that can be found that will reset attribute stats.

Necromancer Skills

Raise Skeletons : Skeleton pets, first pets we'll unlock. Very helpful to have.

Bone Harvest : Secondary attack, we need this to take advantage of a later skill.

Spectral Bindings : Toggle skill, small increase in health, just one point since our build gives us some points.

Undead Legion : Increase the limit of skeletons you can have summoned and reduces the cost of summoning.

Summon Blight Fiend : Giant pet with alot of health, does poison damage.

Will of the Crypt : Increases armor of skeleton pets and give them vitality and elemental damage.

Rotting Fumes : Increase the offensive capabilities of the Blight Fiend with more poison damage.

Call of the Grave : Temporary boost to all pets damage, best used against tougher enemies because of the cooldown.

Soul Harvest : Temporary boost to all pets damage when you use Bone Harvest.

Blight Burst : Increase the offensive capabilites of the Blight Fiend with more poison damage.

Reap Spirit : Another pet summon, only last 10 seconds but has a 6 second cooldown so can be re-summoned before it dies.

Master of Death : Toggle skill that increases all pet damage significantly.


Occultist Skills

Curse of Frailty : Reduction in enemy movement speed and resistances, making them easier to kill.

Summon Familiar : Summon another pet that does lightning damage.

Mend Flesh : Familiar pet can now heal you and your other pets.

Vulnerability : Adds the reduction of resistances to Curse of Frailty making enemies easier to kill.

Summon Hellhound : Summon another pet with massive health that does fire damage.

Blood of Dreeg : Increase health regeneration for yourself and all allies/pets around you.

Storm Spirit : Familair and now empower allies with an increase in elemental damage.

 Ember Claw : Increase in fire damage to Hellhound.

Lightning Strike : Familair can stun enemies briefly and increase in lightning damage.

Aspect of the Guardian : Increase to all damages when using Blood of Dreeg

Bonds of Bysmiel : Toggle skill, all pets receive extra health while active.

Hellfire : Increase fire damage to the Hellhound and adds a aura that adds fire damage to surrounding pets.

Manipulation : Increase all damage of pets and movement speed while bonds of Bysmiel is active.
